Who We Are

The Manuel Agency. Built from first-hand experience.

Hey, I’m Max, 23, from Leeds. My mum used to run a cleaning business, so I’ve seen first-hand how tough it is to keep up with leads while you’re out on jobs. When you’re busy looking after customers, replying to every enquiry and chasing every follow-up can be a challenge.

That’s why I built The Manuel Agency: to help cleaning businesses stay on top of enquiries with AI automation. We focus on prompt replies, consistent follow-ups and bookings that go straight into your calendar, giving you more time to focus on the work you do best.

Every business deserves the right Manuel.

We build around your business, not the other way round. The aim is simple: help you give every enquiry the attention it deserves, without adding more admin to your day.
